The recent spate of photos of actresses being objectified sparked widespread condemnation and initiated debate about AI-powered image abuse. While the disturbing example of how deepfake technology can be weaponized has already initiated discussions, Rashmika says, “When truth can be manufactured, discernment becomes our greatest defence.” While calling AI a ‘force for progress,’ she says that the Internet is a canvas where anything can be fabricated. The actress further urges everyone to rise above misuse and use AI to build a more dignified and progressive society.
